Need to find an old John Deere 8800 rotary deck. My distributor says it’s discontinued and can’t help me. Anyone know someone who might have something in their boneyard? I hate to not be able to use a 5 gang rough mower simply because the deck is shot. Just need the shell
Opening day is a week from tomorrow! Closer every day….
In other good news, we have a new deck. Should be perfect for enjoying a cocktail, if you enjoy that type of thing. Can’t wait!

New Purdue Turf Disease Report posted - turf.purdue.edu/august-7-202… No lack of available topics...Abiotic stress; perennial ryegrass lawn obituary; dollar spot wrecking Kentucky bluegrass; brown patch imitating other diseases; algae on greens.
Hey Connecticut…if you’re on the tail end of your last dollar spot spray might want to re-apply. Pressure is going to go through the roof this weekend.
Lots of pythium and wet wilt. We’re reaching the point where grass will be lost. A true separation between the haves and have nots (from a budget standpoint)….stay safe everyone 🙏
