$BTC is retesting the True Market Mean near $77.9K. Even a deeper pullback toward the Short-Term Holder Cost Basis around $75.8K could still keep the broader structure intact. Similar retests have occurred during previous uptrends- including in mid-September, shortly before BTC pushed to a new local high. Options, Decoded #1: What is an option, really? An option is a contract that gives you the right, but not the obligation, to buy or sell at a fixed price (the strike) on a set date (the expiry). Two kinds: 📈 Call: the right to BUY. It pays if the price ends above the strike. 📉 Put: the right to SELL. It pays if the price ends below the strike. A real example: BTC at $80.1K and expiry Fri 6 Nov, 5:30 PM • $82K call costs : $911 per bitcoin:native BTC must finish above $82,911 for the buyer to profit. • $78K put costs: $769 per BTC BTC must finish below $77,231 for the buyer to profit. If BTC ends between those levels, both buyers lose only what they paid, and the sellers keep it. That’s the core trade-off of options: the buyer pays a small, known amount for the chance of a bigger move. The seller collects it and carries the risk. Next in the series: why a put is really insurance, and what it costs to insure Bitcoin for a week. What do you want this series to explain? 👇 #OptionsDecoded #Bitcoin #OptionsTrading

On daily charts: 🥈 Silver held $49.7–51.4 through July and August (lows of 17 Jul, 28 Jul, 3 Aug). •It closed below on 22 Oct and hasn’t been back. •Now $48, a new low in the data, −46% from its March high. 🥇 Gold’s floor is $3,949–4,000 (lows of 30 Jun, 17 Jul, 29 Jul). •Its last 5 daily closes all landed within $13 of $4,000, just above it. •And every bounce since August has peaked lower: $4,683 - $4,507 - $4,400 - $4,216. One ounce of gold now buys 83 ounces of silver, up from 59 in May. Silver has been falling much faster. Why it matters: when two related assets share a floor and one breaks first, traders watch the other closely. It’s not a rule, and gold could just as easily bounce here. Why does bitcoin:native keep getting stuck at $80,000? Since Saturday morning, bitcoin:native has spent 61 hours within $500 of $80K. It slipped below twice, and both times it was back above within 2 hours. Research has a neat explanation for round numbers. Economist Carol Osler studied real orders at a big currency-dealing bank (Journal of Finance, 2003) and found two patterns: 1️⃣ Profit-taking orders bunch exactly AT round numbers. Those waiting orders soak up the move, so price often stalls or turns there. 2️⃣ Stop-losses bunch just PAST round numbers. Once price breaks through, they fire one after another, and the move speeds up. bitcoin:native traders love round numbers too: one study found more than 10% of BTC prices ended in .00. So $80K isn’t magic. It’s just where a lot of orders are waiting. It’s a tendency, not a rule; round numbers break all the time. Be honest: is your stop sitting just under $80K? 👇 #Bitcoin #TradingPsychology #DeltaExchangeIndia

Near zone to watch: $82.6K–84.1K. BTC opened today at its top and slipped below it this morning. The catch: open interest shows the bets, not who’s on which side. $TSLA reports tonight (around 1:30 AM IST). Options traders are pricing a move of about ±6.5%. That’s 4–5 normal Tesla days in one night. Its median daily move is 1.4%. Is the market pricing too much or too little? • Usually too much: the actual move was smaller than priced in 6 of the last 8 reports • July broke that pattern: priced ±5.9%, actual −15.6% From $387, ±6.5% means $361–$412. The top would clear the ceiling of $389 Tesla hasn’t broken since August. The bottom wouldn’t reach its floor of $344. After results, option prices usually drop sharply because the uncertainty is gone. Traders call it IV crush. bitcoin:native broke support yesterday. Then it erased the whole move in 3 hours. • 6:30 PM: dipped to $79,737, $363 below its $80.1K–81.5K support zone •By 9:30 PM: back above $82.5K, +3.6% from the low Traders call this a sweep. Obvious levels attract stop-losses and liquidations. When price pokes through, those orders fire at once. If no real selling follows, price snaps back. What it tells you: •A wick through support isn’t a breakdown. The close matters more. •Stops sitting exactly at the obvious level tend to be the first ones hit. Chip stocks did the same: TSMC’s token on Delta dipped to $408, below its $413 mid-September low, then closed back at $423.
