Four patients went in for outpatient procedures joint replacement surgeries at a Nashville hospital and came out paralyzed or in the ICU after receiving potassium instead of pain medication. A routine procedure should never become a life-altering nightmare. They trusted that hospital with their lives. That trust was broken, and someone must be held accountable.
