When I was on the Isle of Wight I loved the view in the morning from the garden. I shot this one morning and it didn't come out so bad overall! not a good day today at all but hope yours has been better

Goodnight all and hope you've had a good day. Here's a photo from lunchtime, I liked the reflections but what caught my eye was that 'diamond' shape in the bottom of the locks, and the reflection of the gates, im easily pleased LOL nite all!

Just been for a walk along the canal. Didn't get that far as I saw this heron and enjoyed 20mins watching it. Believe it or not it was about 6ft away from me and not bothered in the slightest! so glad i shot it with a fish in its beak! over the moon and really made my day :)

evening all, how are you ? Not the best of days today but at least i got to walk on the moors in the dark this evening! tomorrow working at the hospital til midnight so looking forward to that. heres one from the Isle of Wight, I loved the warm dusk light and row of huts :)

Evening all, certainly been a wet and windy day! I 've been working on my photos. Here is one from last week, for a short time the sun broke out and cast this amazing light! I did use a sunset filter and 0.7grad but thats as much as i did, the light really was that nice!

Back fully to normality now! Shift at the hospital went well though busy, still enjoyed it :) Back again tonight til midnight. Here's a view of Ventnor, one of my favourites on the island, esp at night, looks so pretty compared to the blackness of the sea and beyond!

The sunset wasn't so bad this evening! I was in Niton and rain was heavy so thought id head back but driving up the military road I could see a gap on the horizon so took a chance the sun may come through. It did NOT disappoint for me!

Today has been a drizzly and miserable day here. However, its what you make it, and I've actually enjoyed it. Went to Dimbola Lodge to see the photograpghy gallery. Had a nice wander around Yarmouth, and now in Cowes having a coffee and relaxing:)

Had 2 wonderful emails today from nurse and doctor at the hospital saying how good a job i have done in ED, wso being caring, thoughtful and compassionate. I say this NOT to brag but those 2 emails made the world of difference to me, currnelty going through a low point in life
