At the end of the day, it's all on you. You're the one who has to make sure you're okay, the one who has to hold yourself together. You're the one who decides to keep going. Sure, making a cup of tea might bring a moment of comfort, but you have to truly check in with yourself. You have to keep pushing, even when it's hard. I know it's tough, but it's you - and you can do it. You've made it this far and you're strong enough to keep going and do whatever you set your mind to.

We all have things we want to learn but don't find the time. 30 minutes a day is all it takes. Watch one less episode of that show on Netflix, cut down on surfing YouTube and social media. 30 minutes is all it takes for you to learn a new skill and be on the path of mastery.

Your business is a reflection of YOU. Put simply, your business growth mirrors your personal growth. If you're struggling internally, your business will struggle too. Take care of YOU.

Be obsessed with yourself—not in a narcissistic way, but in a way that reflects passion for your life. Be obsessed with your progress. Be obsessed with your potential.
