It is our honor to induct Dr. William C. Burns II into the Plano East Football Hall of Honor this Friday Night!
For 31 years, Dr. Burns has been a trusted physician, mentor, and unwavering supporter of the Eastside athletic community. As the longtime team doctor for Plano East, he has dedicated countless hours to caring for our student athletes, helping them recover from injuries and ensuring they receive the very best care. Whether on the sidelines during a game, in the training room, or making time to see athletes and coaches in his office, Dr. Burns and his outstanding training staff have consistently gone above and beyond in service to Plano ISD and Plano East Athletics.
