When I was getting small batch stuff done, our vendors GAVE US both Physical and Digital Calendars outlining their national holidays so planning could happen. 1/n

So we would organize a project plan, build dates for QA steps and firmware loading, OS loading, final Serials and such.
Then in the slip/push plans we would do the same and push out.
Then - get this-WE WOULD ADD-we would do thing called adding. Where we added the dates. 2/n
