Official account for ICE Boston and New England field offices to protect the U.S. by enforcing immigration laws to preserve national security and public safety.
This Halloween, there is nothing more terrifying than the policies of sanctuary politicians.
On Oct. 28, ICE Boston arrested Mario Lucio Lucas, an illegal alien and foreign fugitive from Brazil, during targeted operations in Weymouth, Mass.
Lucas entered the United States illegally on July 24, 2022, was encountered at the border and RELEASED into the country by the Biden administration.
On Dec. 17, 2024, authorities in Brazil issued an arrest warrant for Lucas following his conviction for attempted drug trafficking

Another day in sanctuary Massachusetts, and another criminal illegal alien who is seemingly above the law.

Kimera was arrested for assault and battery dangerous weapon causing serious bodily injury. On April 15, 2026, the Middlesex Superior Court dismissed those charges.
ICE Boston arrested Jose Perez-Antonio, a three-time previously removed criminal illegal alien from the Dominican Republic, following his release from Massachusetts DOC custody.
Perez-Antonio’s criminal history includes convictions for trafficking cocaine, conspiracy,...
wire fraud, aggravated identity theft, and unlawful reentry of a deported alien, and arrests for trafficking a controlled substance (cocaine and fentanyl), operating after a suspended license, and forgery of RMV documents.
Time and time again, sanctuary politicians in Massachusetts have made the dumbfounding choice to prioritize dangerous criminal illegal aliens rather than their law-abiding American citizens.
While Governor Healey’s laughably mistitled “Protect Act” will continue to release pedophiles, rapists, gang members, and murderers onto Massachusetts streets, our brave law enforcement will continue to risk their lives to arrest these heinous criminals.
We are pleased to see that 12 of Massachusetts’ 14 county sheriffs agree. Will Governor Healey listen to their warning, or continue to ignore and malign law enforcement at her constituents’ expense?
On Oct. 21, ICE Boston arrested Marcel Jordan Lopes Da Silva. He will remain in ICE custody pending removal.
@EROBoston will continue to do what sanctuary politicians will not: keep New England communities safe from dangerous criminal aliens.
Welcome to sanctuary Massachusetts, where criminal illegal aliens can seemingly commit crimes with impunity.
Meet Marcel Jordan Lopes Da Silva, a three-time previously removed criminal illegal alien from Brazil.
Da Silva’s criminal history includes:
