Today, the @UN_HRC stood in solidarity with the people of Sudan by renewing the UK-led mandate of the UN Fact-Finding Mission for Sudan. The Missionโs independent investigations are vital to secure justice for victims and survivors.
Sudan is being torn apart by drone warfare and illegal weapons flows.
Proud that the mandate of the ๐ฌ๐ง ๐ฉ๐ช ๐ฎ๐ช ๐ณ๐ฑ ๐ณ๐ด led UN Fact Finding Mission has been renewed with the highest margin of support to date, including from ๐ฌ๐ฒ ๐ฒ๐ผ ๐ฒ๐บ ๐ฟ๐ฆ

At @UN_HRC today, the Coalition for Atrocity Prevention and Justice for Sudan called for an end to the illegal flow of weapons and external support fuelling the conflict.

With El Obeid on the precipice of an atrocity that could deepen the suffering seen in El Fasher, all parties must act now to protect civilians.
