The 34th Inter-Railway RPF Football Tournament 2026, organised by RPF, Eastern Railway, concluded at the Sports Authority of India (SAI) Complex, Salt Lake, Kolkata, with 11 RPF teams from across Indian Railways showcasing their footballing talent, teamwork and determination. Ms. Gitika Pandey, General Manager, Eastern Railway, graced the closing ceremony as Chief Guest, addressed the gathering and presented trophies and medals to the winners. 🏆 Eastern Railway emerged as the champion, defeating North East Frontier Railway 1–0 in an exciting final, with NFR finishing as runner-up. ⚽ Shri Sanjay Biswas of Eastern Railway was adjudged Man of the Match, while Shri Asish Minz of North East Frontier Railway received the Man of the Tournament award. The General Manager congratulated the winning team and appreciated the dedication, discipline and sporting spirit displayed by all participating players. Shri A. N. Sinha, IG-cum-PCSC, Eastern Railway, along with PHODs and other senior officers, was also present on the occasion.
