We have filed, on behalf of our Palestinian client, a demand for warrants for the leadership of Hamas at the @IntlCrimCourt for the crimes committed by the terrorist government of Gaza against the Palestinian people. @KarimKhanQC and the Office of the Prosecutor cannot say that they truly care about justice if they continue to ignore the blatant crimes committed against the Palestinian people by Hamas. These crimes include numerous crimes against humanity and war crimes committed by Hamas against the Palestinian people. Notably including the war crime of utilizing the presence of civilians or other protected persons as human shields. There has never been a demonstration that the Palestinian's are willing and able to investigate Hamas for these crimes. Hamas' purposeful conduct in Gaza has greatly exacerbated the harm against Palestinian civilians. The unnecessary suffering of the Palestinian people must be accounted for and the ICC cannot claim to care about justice if it remains silent on these crimes. Thankful to the work of my colleagues, Eli Rosenbaum, and @sarah_scialom, and our brave client who came forward to tell their story.
Exclusive: A Gazan man's lawyers made a submission to the International Criminal Court (ICC) prosecutor demanding that 14 Hamas leaders be investigated for crimes committed against the Palestinian people, marking the first such filing by a Palestinian against Hamas. ✍️ @MathildaHeller jpost.com/middle-east/articl…

Here is good news from these Israeli exit polls: In almost no scenario -- minority Eizenkot government, unity government with Likud (possible, but still unlikely in my eyes if Bibi leads Likud) -- will Ben Gvir and Smotrich continue to have the influence they currently enjoy. Likely out of the cabinet altogether, which is clearly the preference of the majority of the Israeli electorate. Ensuring that is the case is an important incentive to the opposition bloc to avoid going to new elections, which would extend the damaging tenure of these extremist ministers.

Gadi Eisenkot, Chairman of the Yashar! with Eisenkot Party: β€œThe initial exit poll results indicate a complete lack of confidence in Netanyahu and the October 7 government among the Zionist majority and the majority of Israeli citizens. If these are the final results, this is a victory for Israel’s mainstream Zionist majority. I will act immediately to implement the will of the people, replace Netanyahu’s government, and establish a Zionist government committed to military conscription as soon as possible.”

Looks like Netanyahu bloc drops significantly from 64 seats. Question is whether opposition can form a government. Netanyahu very likely can't.

Exit polls can only be publicized after the polls close at 10 PM here in Israel, but pollsters are already signaling that there will be "unanticipated developments" and "surprises."

Gadi Eisenkot’s Yashar party opposes Likud’s request to extend voting hours, saying there is no justification for the move. The party accuses Netanyahu of trying to cast doubt on the election’s legitimacy.
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s Likud party has requested an extension of voting hours beyond 10 p.m.

No, his (and your) belief is that Jews should lose the same right that every other group has and that leads to dead Jews. Like in Iraq, Egypt, Yemen, etc. Why do you want dead Jews, Ismail?
Actually, Alonso’s belief structure would lead to equal human rights and dignity to all, ending the unlawful occupation and racial segregation, Palestinian right of return and reparations, all in adherence with the conclusions of the ICJ which bother you so much. If there is anyone who is intellectually dishonest and bigoted, it’s you.
