You don’t get to dictate how Wizkid should roll out his album, Biko. If he eventually drops it on his own terms and you decide you don’t want to stream it, that’s entirely your choice 🤷. But why put your own fav in a position where people hav to drag him over an album rollout?
You’ve been on this Space for a long time, and this isn’t your first experience with Wizkid during an album rollout. He did even worse with Made in Lagos. We waited for ages! The album hashtags were teased as far back as 2017, with major rollout activities and teasers picking up around May 2018, before the album finally dropped in 2020.
So please, Biko, let’s not go down this road again.😞
You have an album coming out. No media rounds, no interviews, nothing! Just spam us with pictures and call it a day. Then turn around and put the responsibility on FC to stream the hell out of the album, as we should.
If not for DJ Tunez, God bless that man, we probably wouldn't have had anything from him in 2025.

We need more than just pictures. You're FREAKING WIZKID! We want to see a glimpse of you, hear your voice and hear what you have to say about your new album.
We don't just want to be told to stream. We want to feel the excitement with you. We want to see you out there creating anticipation for something you've worked on.
