The Field Foundation is excited to take the “America @ 250: A Journalism Reckoning” conversation we started in July on the road!
If you're attending @womenjournos 2026 Conference in Santa Monica this weekend, please join us for our panel— 12PM SAT., OCT. 3 @hyattcentric Delfina.
This July, as America marked its semiquincentennial, @FieldFoundation convened journalists, storytellers & civic leaders in Chicago for America @ 250: A Journalism Reckoning—examining the state of a free press, stories America tells of itself & voices that shape those narratives.
Now, we bring national & Chicago journalism voices back together to continue examining accountability, representation & the role journalists play in documenting this moment in American history. JAWS C.A.M.P. takes place Oct. 2–4. We hope to see you there!
