Couldn’t make our webinar with @FourPillarsFP? Here’s the recap. • Macro is changing. With an inflation outlook outpacing WWII, once-trusted yield mechanisms are starting to lose their value. • The outlook for national debt is challenging, with rate cuts, holding rates, and rate increases having different effects and risks. • A spectrum of yield options are now available onchain, to give institutions additional opportunities outside of historically “trusted” yield – including Prime. • Cash isn’t keeping up. With ~3.5% money market/high-yield savings and ~3.4% headline CPI, Prime’s 5-9% target range is built to keep up with the changing markets.

Rate Disclosure: The 5-9% figure is based on Prime's trailing 6-month blended APY across its home-equity, auto, and small-business pools, as calculated by Figure as of September 2026. It is a historical, gross-of-fees rate, not any single pool's rate, and is not a guaranteed, current, or forecasted yield. Actual returns are variable and will be lower after fees, costs, and taxes, principal is at risk, and these instruments are not FDIC-insured or SIPC-protected, so the chart's comparisons to money-market rates and inflation do not show that a holder's real return beat either.

The team had an excellent time with @AlliumLabs. Senior decision-makers from asset management, capital allocation, and enterprise digital assets organizations all gathered to discuss Figure, Allium, and the industry at large. These are the places where we make the connections that matter.

We put @MBTannenbaum on the spot to read Figure Markets customer feedback. Between love for our real-human support—key to making onchain capital markets accessible to all—and a curveball question about Bitcoin Roths, it’s a must-watch ↓

Single channel originators end up as price-takers in volatile markets. We built Figure Connect so our partners wouldn’t be. Right now, institutional whole-loan bids are offering better pricing than securitization markets. Having the infrastructure to pivot seamlessly to the highest bidder is how we consistently deliver best execution for our ecosystem. Depth, diversification, and durable liquidity across market cycles is the Figure model.

What @MBTannenbaum said. DSCR presents a major opportunity, and we're excited to offer a leading product for our originator partners within our toolkit. Our acquisition of Kiavi is a core part of the big bet we've made on this space.
Excellent reporting from @WSJ on the growth of DSCR loans, featuring one of Kiavi's longtime customers. DSCR loans are based on a property's potential rental income, not the borrower's financial situation. Our acquisition of Kiavi, the industry leader, just closed in September, but we've already seen huge interest from prospects and partners alike. Particularly in this market, we're having lots of conversations about how to arm real estate investors with the capital they need to buy, renovate and/or rent investment properties at scale. The article focuses on "long abandoned neighborhoods," but our data shows the opportunity is actually across the entire country. Article in comments

The U.S. federal debt-to-GDP has surpassed the post-World War II peak, coming out to 126%. Key research from @FourPillarsFP shows this historical precedent clearly. Unfortunately, today’s spending drivers are structural and demographic, rather than only on short-term war spending. The key takeaway is that the macro landscape is quickly shifting, and yesterday’s yield strategy may not help institutions weather the storm.

This right here. The real leaps we look for from AI value don't come from simple substitution. They come from increasing top-line growth and actual conversions on complex, high-stakes decisions where it matters most. 🎯
Leaving the @MBAMortgage Conference in Chicago - great meetings with prospects and customers. With AI, so many talk about POCs or lowering costs ... we trained our AI loan officer assistant on CONVERSIONS (not volume of interactions), and that optimization is why our approach is differentiated, especially on a heavily considered purchase. Add liquidity and standardization in a tough rate environment ... we're offering real value to partners.

Adena Friedman is right that tokenization makes collateral fluid. This is not a hypothetical, on Figure's Democratized Prime, matched offers hit $588M at the end of September, up 50% from Q2, with $800M+ of lender supply behind it. Atomic settlement, perfected liens, faster rails let collateral actually move.
Tokenization could free up tens of billions of dollars in capital tied up in assets used as collateral across the global financial system, Nasdaq CEO Adena Friedman said. Tokenizing assets such as Treasurys, equities and money market funds, along with the flow of money, could make collateral "very fluid," Friedman told CNBC at TOKEN2049 in Singapore. The IMF's own data shows what investors want from tokenized equities: access outside market hours and fractional ownership
The IMF just took its first serious look at tokenized stocks. Headline: 1.5x the volatility of the underlying. Read past the headline. Over half of all trading happened outside US market hours, and 80% of trades were smaller than one share. That is pent up demand for access, not a defect in the rails. The volatility is a thin liquidity problem, and liquidity follows regulatory clarity. It is the best argument yet for a sustainable compliant onchain equity solution. @Figure has one such solution with OPEN, and others are coming. Irrespective of who wins here, equities are coming onchain.
