Goodnight, legends. 🌙 Grateful for the free country I served, Scarlet & Gray in my blood, the iron that keeps me sharp, dogs who love without condition, and family that keeps me grounded. Be kind. Be better. Be human. Be legendary. Rest up. Tomorrow we grind. Bench day. 💪 Go Bucks. 🅾️🙌🏆🅾️🇺🇸🐶

Wild idea: Want to stop cyberattacks? Stop connecting EVERYTHING to the internet. Remember the ’90s? 🚗 Cars didn't need software updates
🏦 Banking wasn't dependent on apps
⚡ Power grids weren't internet-connected
⛽ Gas pumps worked without Wi-Fi
💧 Water systems weren't remotely controlled
🌡️ Thermostats just worked
☎️ Your phone didn't track you
🧊 Refrigerators weren't online
🔒 Door locks didn't need Wi-Fi
💡 Light switches were just switches Not everything needs to be SMART.

🏀 Buckeye basketball is underway against BYU, and the Buckeyes have jumped out to an early lead! This team looks like it could be a lot of fun to watch this season! Definitely more fun than watching these nonstop political ads. WOW! 😂 🌰 Go Bucks! ⭕🙌

Heartbroken for the families and crew who lost their lives in the Learjet crash. 💔🙏 Every day reminds us that tomorrow is never promised. I’ll never understand why people choose to fill their days with hate, anger, and drama. If today were your last, would you want it filled with love and kindness—or negativity and conflict? Life is too short. Choose grace. Let go of grudges. Love people. Be kind. ❤️

Go Bucks!

Airport people-watching is always entertaining. Some people dress for maximum comfort. Others bring their A-game. One trend I keep noticing: vests. I think they look sharp, but have never been able to pull one off. I run hot, usually wear short sleeves, and have yet to encounter weather where a jacket without sleeves is the perfect solution. Is it just a fashion statement or what am I missing? Vests: Yay or nay?

Glory or the Abyss awaits. There is no greatness without risk.
 No triumph without sacrifice.
No legacy built in the comfort of safety. The price of ambition is the possibility of ruin. Accept the wager. Get out of your comfort zone.
Challenge yourself.
Push beyond your perceived limits.
Dare to do what others won't. Fortune favors the bold! Be legendary!

Buckeye fans are wild! 🏈 Only 4 active FBS head coaches have won a National Championship. Happy Monday! ☀️ New week. Endless opportunities! Heading to Universal Studios with the family, including 2 of my grandkids! 🎢 Life is a lot like a roller coaster. Plenty of ups, downs, twists, and unexpected turns. The secret? Stop trying to control every turn, throw your hands up, and enjoy the ride! 🙌 Unplug. Seize the day. Focus on what matters. Make memories! ❤️

I’m a moron. 😂 I’ve spent my entire life saying “fight TILL the end” and was today years old when I realized it’s actually “fight TO the end.” Apparently, I’ve been confidently wrong for decades. 😂 Either way, I LOVE the message. Don’t quit. Don’t back down. When things get tough, you dig deeper. When you get knocked down, you get back up. And when the world counts you out, you make damn sure they counted wrong. You don’t have to win every battle. But you better never stop fighting. Fight TILL the end. Fight TO the end. Just NEVER quit. Good night, Buckeye Nation! 🌰❤️🏈 O-H!

Don’t let facts get in the way of the sky is falling crowd! Go Bucks! 🅾️🙌

It’s 5:22 in West Tennessee, pitch black outside, and feels like 10 PM. This time change is BRUTAL. 😂 Meanwhile, Ohio State is 10th in the Coaches poll, favored in its final 4 games, and Jeremiah Smith is out here BREAKING Big Ten records and making Buckeye history. Yet somehow, half of Buckeye Nation is acting like the program has been shut down. 💀 The clocks fell back, but some of y’all have completely FALLEN APART. 😂 RELAX. THE SEASON ISN’T OVER. THE STANDARD HASN’T CHANGED. 🌰 GO BUCKS! ALWAYS. O-H! 🔴⚪️

Steelers win!

Had a little mix up. When picking up my new gym equipment, I got extra 35s and not enough 45s. So now I’m having to learn new plate math. This is 345 the hard way. Lots of fingers and toes to add it up!

I’m gonna get deep for a minute… The secret to happiness is… CHOOSE TO BE HAPPY. Seriously. It’s that simple. Life isn’t perfect. It never will be. But your attitude is a choice. Your reactions are a choice. Your outlook is a choice. Life is short. Start enjoying it! Or not. The choice is yours. 👊🕊️☮️✌🏻 I’m in my happy place. Gonna grind out a workout. 🏋️‍♀️ Have a great day!

Some Buckeye fans sound like their whole life is a Gary Allan heartbreak song. 🤠🎸 Not every song is about rain. 🌧️
Some of y’all just Get Off on the Pain. Living Somewhere Between Heaven and Hell, acting like every Saturday is Life Ain’t Always Beautiful. Every loss ain't a Best I Ever Had moment. 😂 Quit singing the heartbreak songs, bury the negativity, and enjoy the ride. We’re Buckeyes, not a country music tragedy. 🌰🔴⚪

Last thought on the Buckeyes game… I wasn’t a fan of the Arthur Smith hire, but the jury is still out. Putting up 464 yards with a true freshman QB, on the road, in the rain, against a talented team is nothing to dismiss. The red-zone struggles predate Smith. That’s a bigger issue. My bigger concerns? Lack of pressure from the defense, inconsistent OL protection, and no real home-run threats outside of Smith. This program has lost a ton of talent over the past two seasons. Continuously reloading isn’t as easy as people think. No easy fixes, but this staff gets paid to figure it out. Time to regroup, make adjustments, and finish strong. Go Bucks! 🌰

A round of applause for me! 👏👏👏 I made it through Halloween without touching a SINGLE piece of candy! 🍬🚫 I'm getting serious about my fitness goals and dropping some weight! 💪🏽 Candy and moderation have always been my downfall, so this is a BIG win for me! 😂 Small victories. Big changes! 🎯

Some people look for the good.
Others look for the bad. Both usually find it. Some expect the best.
Others expect the worst. Both are usually right. Some live with gratitude.
Others with resentment. Your brain finds more of what you focus on. You can't control everything in life. But you can choose what gets your attention and what shapes your thoughts. 💭 Choose wisely.

Forward Together 🌰

CFB is wild. Winning is hard. Buckeyes win more than most. Hats off to USC. Regroup and win out! Don’t let a loss define you. Or do. The choice is yours. Go Bucks! 🅾️🙌🏆🏈
