Studio Editions is the newest product we’re building at DOSA Studios. The idea is pretty simple. We’ve spent a lot of time building DOSA Studios around creating for other brands, but Studio Editions flips that relationship around. Instead of a project coming to us with a brief, they give us their brand and we decide what we want to create. We develop the concepts, the art direction and the individual pieces with full creative control from start to finish. Each Studio Edition becomes a small collection of unique 1/1s, with a select few receiving our Studio Gold treatment. But the part I’m most interested in is what this looks like after 10, 20, 50+ collaborations. The goal is to slowly build an on-chain library of Web3 brands through the eyes of DOSA Studios. Every Edition adds another brand, another community and another piece of Web3 culture to that library. It also creates a natural way for DOSA Studios and $DOSA to continually get in front of new communities, while exposing our own community to projects they may not have discovered otherwise. I don’t want the studio to just be a place people come to when they need artwork. I want us creating things people want to collect. First Studio Edition is already underway.

A little glimpse into what we’ve been cooking in the underworld. “Open 24/7” was one of 10 original 1/1s we created for Collafi in Studio Editions 001. No templates. No recycled traits. Just our artists dragging Web3 brands into the DOSA universe and putting our own twisted spin on them. 10 pieces. 10 different stories. And the demon’s only warming up. Edition 002 is coming.

What a start for Studio Editions. Our first release with CollaFi sold out all 10 pieces, but the community feedback has probably been the biggest highlight for me. We knew we had the artists to bring the idea to life. What we wanted to find out was whether collectors would connect with it. Safe to say we’ve got our answer. It’s another product we’ve been able to build out of DOSA Studios, and now we’ve got the proof of concept to keep pushing it further. Big thanks to everyone who supported the first Edition and to the CollaFi team for trusting us with their brand. Already looking forward to showing you what we’ve got planned for Edition 002.
