Don't miss us tomorrow at Long Horizon Summit in SF! Looking forward to meeting all of you 🦾
We're excited to announce that @foundation_robo will be speaking at the Long Horizon Summit. We'll have a fireside with @sankaet and a workshop with @andreaesposito. They'll be talking about everything from humanoids in military environments to hands and dexterity.

We had the pleasure of hosting the Armed Forces of Ukraine at Foundation HQ, where we are advancing materials handling and autonomous navigation for our humanoid robots, among other projects. We greatly look forward to their next visit and continuing our collaboration together.

What does it take to build a humanoid robot for heavy industrial work? In this interview, KV Thanjavur Bhaaskar, Director of Robotics at AMD, speaks with Sankaet Pathak, CEO of @Foundation_Robo, about building robots that can operate reliably in demanding environments and learn in the field. Watch to learn how the broad AMD portfolio can support Foundation’s vision for its next generation of robots: bit.ly/4hVfmmm

I can think of one exciting American company that's primed to be a key player in this arena. @foundation_robo deployed their Phantom bots to Ukraine for field pilot. The first known deployment of humanoids in such a theatre. @sankaet and his team, including @andreaesposito, have been doing some really cutting-edge work in this area, and I'm excited to see where this goes. 🦾🚀
We’re launching the Army of Robots. In 2022, we launched the Army of Drones. Today, drones account for over 95% of battlefield strikes, and Ukraine has more than 700 UAV manufacturers. Now we need the next technological breakthrough: the robotization of warfare. The goal is simple — save lives. Robots should take on the most dangerous missions: evacuating the wounded, delivering ammunition, mining and demining, reconnaissance, defending positions and engaging targets. The Army of Robots is not one company. It’s an ecosystem. We will invest in defense tech companies, launch our own technology projects, test them with the military and scale what works on the battlefield. We’re now looking for defense tech companies and engineers working on robotic technologies — as well as a CTO / Tech Lead for the Army of Robots. Join us: thearmyofrobots.com/en

This is a fascinating conversation: piped.video/ZPIiM306JLA

Are we living in a simulation? If you're a robot, the answer might be yes.

Humanoid hands require more network than the rest of the robot. @sankaet, CEO of @foundation_robo, joined us at AUTONOMOUS to discuss his insights and expertise in the field. So what's the hardest part about making humanoid hands? 👇
