We’re happy to announce that the GOG Preservation Program has received the Research Data Alliance Award in the Commerce, Industry and the Third Sector category at the Digital Preservation Awards 2026!
GOG Preservation Program launched with 100 games in November 2024. By February 2026, it covered 267 titles with more than 1,400 fixes and improvements, including restored content. Our team works on each title individually, from custom DirectX wrappers to rebuilt installers, and it’s our commitment to keep them compatible with modern systems.
