This is one big downside with the new appraisal update. We can longer see comps, any plans to make it like it was before the update? @jamesiles @jjstyler @AlanShiflett

Crazy to be buying dot ai now Enemies Enemies everywhere I tell you!!

Sold RocketSi .com @afternic for $5,880. I did not buy this name because of Si suffix, more as a brandable and always liked Si suffix, but si has taken on a new meaning since I got the name. However imo, these are not like KWai .com's when they were selling as a great alternative to sky high .ai prices. There is way too much confusion now, and I am bearish KWsi and even more so on KWai .com, but will sell as many KWsi at ~$5k as I can before the wave crashes....NFA and DYOR!

💚 الحمد لله، سبحانه عظيم الشان! 💚 يا واسع الكرم 🥹، اللهم بارك لي في مالي وارزقني حسن التصرّف فيه. All praise due to Allah! HT: 37 days! Inbound. Hand reg! 25% commission, atom premium. Lto 36 payments. #اسقِ_حديقة_فلان اللهم لا عيش إلا عيش الآخرة..

Almost 24 hours in and no update from GD. How do I get refund for this, is it automatic or do I need to contact someone? PS - is there any email support at all for GD customers? @jamesiles @jjstyler

Alhamdulillah. Sold Minty.si via @spaceship.

Just had an awful experience at GD. Registered a name from drop on GD. 20 minutes+ in and it shows available in whois, what's surprising is if I search it on GD search still shows available. Went on to register at @spaceship went through. Do better @GoDaddy - support said

At least I won't go hungry this month

Sold this a couple months back .io is almost a GTLD now :)

What’s up folks? Still chasing trends?

Alhamdulilah, sold nerves .si for $4,000 ($3,800 net after the 5% commission using pay link) A broker reached out via email with an initial $2,500 offer. HT: 7 days Thanks @Dynadot

Since everyone keeps asking about the price, here’s the proof: $99, $199. $1999 ❌

We said we’d celebrate 10M together. So let’s start 🚀 For the next 72 hours: .com registrations: $6.98 for the 1st year with ALL10COMS. Up to 10 per household, while supplies last. And yes, you wanted transfer deals too. Here you go: .com transfers: $7.90 with 10MDUMTR. No limit. Start here: spaceship.com *ICANN fee not included.

Small sale. Thank you, lobster. HT: 6 months.

Sold PainEducation .org @afternic for $4,950. One of my oldest names (a little over 3 years). Good name and hope it gets put to great use. Was priced at 10k range for years, and a few months ago decided to drop down to $5k. I can reinvest the proceeds into better names.....

The news has finally broke that @Shopify has acquired the Shop.com domain name! I learned about this deal several months ago at a very interesting cocktail party. While I was not involved in the transaction, and because nobody directly involved is my source, I am going to tell you something that is not being reported: The price was $100 Million!!! JUST the domain name. That is the state of the market ladies and gentlemen. YOUR DOMAIN = YOUR BRAND = THE LAST MOAT

Thanks @afternic @atomHQ and @spaceship 🚀 The LTO sale is complete.

HT: almost 3 months. Someone used GoDaddy DBS to make an offer. The whole process was fast.

Stop resisting it... discord.gg/etPTNp46Wp
