I do a lot of this on autopilot, but I think this about covers it:
1.Steam 1.5 cups (dry) jasmine rice in the steamer the night before -3 cups water, tsp salt, tbs olive oil, Β½ cube of bouillon. Likewise, boil until al dente 2 large potatoes. Refrigerate overnight.
2.Fry Β½ lb fatty mince beef and Β½ tube of Mexican chorizo in olive oil. Season with Β½ cube pork bouillon, a dash of browning and Worcestershire sauce, 1 sachet sazon goya, garlic paste, caramelised onion paste, sriracha, 1 tbs tomato paste, cumin, light chili powder, menudo spice and cumin. Crank the heat and reduce ΒΌ can of modelo into it until the meat is in kind of a greasy paste.Β
3.Deseed and pulse a half bag of small sweet peppers in the food processor. Add those and the potatoes and crank the heat again until everything is a little browned and saturated in the grease.
4.Add the rice and toss everything until it goes yellow and smells strongly of starch. Give it a taste, and if it needs more salt, bring it up slowly with a dusting of powdered chicken soup mix at a time.
5.Turn heat off and mix in a Β½ cup of chopped cilantro
...dude... imma need dat recipe asap, that sounds sick as fuck.
