In putter news…
Andrew Novak leads by six(!) in Mexico gaming this T.P. Mills putter. He’s gained over 12 shots on the greens through three rounds with the blade.
Novak added the putter at the Wyndham Championship having missed five of seven cuts heading to Greensboro. Since then he’s finished T7, T17 and T44.
“So went in the closet and dug out a putter that I used for a long time back in the day,” Novak said in Mexico. “It's rusted out, it's old, but I know it works. I don't know loft on it, I don't know the lie on it, but for the last four tournaments I've done pretty well making putts.
“So I think maybe I was just overthinking some things and yeah, I've just gone back to hitting putts. I might do some chalk line stuff now for like start line, but really keeping it very simple and trying not to overthink it.”
Return of the blade, maybe?

Full bag switch coming?
Does Wyndham Clark have a full Ping bag? Pretty much!
In Mexico, Clark's now playing an iDi Driving Iron, 5-9 i240 irons, and s259 wedges (not sure if it's for all five wedges he usually carries).
The changes add to the fact that he's already gaming the Ping G440 Max 3- and 5-wood, voted @GolfWRX Members Choice 2026 Best Fairway Wood, and his Ping Scottsdale Tec Ally Blue Onset putter.
After starting the year as an equipment free agent (outside his Titleist ball contract), Clark signed an agreement to exclusively play the Ping Scottsdale TEC putter after his U.S. Open victory. Could a full bag deal be on the way?
He's still using the TaylorMade Qi4D driver.
