A recruit signed up for my platform @getrecruitfit today…
6’6 220lbs WR/TE with ONE FCS offer (San Diego)
I typically watch every new user's film after they sign up
After watching 4 plays I got the confidence to say this:
I'm taking this kid over a lot of TE's picking up FCS offers
Now I'm typically not a big "voucher" for kids, but I'm making this post to make a bigger point about the recruiting industry...
It might not be your fault that you're not getting recruiting. It might just be the algorithm
And yes, shame on us for allowing the algorithm & monopolized media sites to run the industry for so long
But I'm calling on every high school athlete to start taking OWNERSHIP over their recruiting process, so they're not left in shambles on signing day
