We provide a #Reproducible and end-to-end analysis #pipeline for wastewater sequencing that is able to uncover #SARSCoV2 lineages. we use @GuixHpc for reproducibility. Our data analysis framework works with data from a variety of locations and sequencing methods.4/n

@GuixHpc uses a saved state of #dependencies at a fixed point and deploys the exact same environment at anytime with only 2 text files.
