HT-4253 has completed its Phase 1 trial, demonstrating strong safety in 80 healthy volunteers. This novel LRRK2 inhibitor targets neuroinflammation by reducing phospho Rab10 activity—mimicking the biology of APOE4-resilient individuals that protected them from developing Alzhiemer's Disease. We’re now preparing for a Phase 2 study in APOE4 homozygotes as an early intervention to delay or prevent Alzheimer’s.
