We’re helping 76 students get to Devcon Week in Mumbai through @web3_events Change Lives Onchain initiative. 🤍 Why? Because impact isn’t always something you build. Sometimes it’s access to new ideas, skills, people and opportunities. We help open the door. They decide where it leads.

Sometimes the need changes overnight. 🤍 After an attack displaced 45+ children in Gombe, support went toward food, hygiene essentials, school supplies and fuel to help restore school transportation. Practical help for what was needed right then and there.

The mural isn’t the impact. The work is. 🤍 The mural helps tell the story of how we made that impact possible together. It creates a visual bridge between the local community and the wider Hamieverse community. A reminder that wherever we are in the world, we’re part of something shared. Different places. Different faces. One shared story. 🤍

Sometimes impact starts with someone in the community deciding to show up. 🤍 @itsbcj a Hamieverse community member spent several days in Nigeria introducing people to Web3 while distributing care packages with everyday essentials. Digital community. Real-world connection.

This mission looks a little different from our wells, schools and healthcare. 🤍 @web3_events is behind Change Lives Onchain, helping students get to Devcon Week in Mumbai. Hamieverse Impact is helping send 76 of them. 🚆 🔗 change.web3events.in/?devcon

Wildlife SOS 🐘 Not every HIP mission has been about people. 🤍 One of our earlier projects supported Wildlife SOS in India and the work they do rescuing, treating and caring for animals. Sometimes our part is simply helping people already doing good work keep doing it.

Proud to support the campaign to bring 1,000 students from Gujarat to Devcon. 🤍 More young people deserve the chance to learn, connect with builders and explore where their own ideas could take them.

So why a pilot? 🤍 Before we take the mural and media team to Ikot and Etinan, we wanted to test the whole process first. The art. The scale. The photography. The video. How the team works together. Try it. Learn from it. Make adjustments. Then take what we’ve learned to the missions themselves.

One of our earliest missions was especially close to Hamie’s heart. 🐹🤍 We partnered with Gretta’s Hamster Rescue, helping support the care, rescue and rehoming of hamsters in need. A small mission, but a pretty perfect one for Hamieverse. Hamsters helping hamsters. 🐹🤍

Impact doesn’t always need a project plan. 🤍 Sometimes it’s noticing the person right in front of you. Checking on a neighbor. Helping someone carry something. Giving an hour of your time. Sharing a skill you already have. You don’t have to change the whole world today. Maybe we start with one person, one moment, one small thing.

Abstract closing is real, and we know that’s hard for a lot of people.🤍 But something else is real too. The wells. The schools. The communities. The impact we’ve created together. Hamieverse is still building. Hamieverse Impact is still making a difference. We’re here. Building. Doing real good in the world. Come be part of what happens next. 🐹🤍

Sometimes impact looks like a bed.🤍 At a child welfare home in Nigeria, children from infancy through their teens stay while waiting for longer-term placement. The sleeping area was in disrepair and had broken beds, so we helped repair the space and added new bunk beds. No children are pictured here, intentionally. Their privacy matters. A little more comfort. A little more dignity. A place to rest.

This past mission was really about creating access. 🤍 In Egbeda, Lagos, more than 210 people came through for free medical care. Blood pressure checks. Blood sugar testing. Consultations. Medication. Health education. Doctors, nurses, pharmacists and volunteers...all working together for one day to make sure people could get the care they needed. Someone needed care. The team showed up. And people received it.

Progress report from Nigeria. 👀🎨 The blank wall isn’t looking quite so blank anymore. Sketches are up. Paint is going on. And our Mural and Media pilot is starting to take shape. A little experimenting. A little learning. And a whole lot of wall left to go. 🤍

There's a lot that happens before a Hamieverse Impact mission ever begins! 🤍 Finding the right local partners. Working alongside communities to understand their needs. Working out the budget. And thinking about who will look after the project once it's finished. These are all important parts of creating impact that lasts. Because the goal isn't simply to complete another mission. It's to build something that continues making a difference long after construction is finished.

No matter what's happening onchain, the work off-chain doesn't stop. Hamieverse is still building. Hamieverse Impact is still funding real support for real communities. Whatever the chain does, we keep building and we keep giving. That was the promise from day one. 🤍

There was more to the Diko water project than just the well! 🌱 When the well was built, the surrounding farmland was kept in mind, too. The goal was to give families reliable water to grow crops even during the dry season, creating opportunities to sell any extra produce. More food. More opportunities. That's the kind of lasting impact we can create together. 🤍

Did you know that seeing the difference we make can change how giving makes us feel? 🤍 Researchers found that people experienced greater happiness from giving when they understood the positive impact of their contribution. It's another reminder that impact doesn't move in just one direction. What happens after you give matters to everyone involved.
