I think it's a good time to plan your funeral cause we have some time before the next major security incident
i asked chatgpt how to plan a funeral. it said to call a few funeral homes and ask for price lists. makes sense when only 18% of them post prices online, it had nothing to show me. every other industry figured out online shopping 20 years ago. this one still runs on phone calls. so 8 in 10 families call one place and say yes to an $8k decision, sometimes from a hospital hallway. why are we fine with that? episode 2 of building an ai-native funeral company in public.

wow
Boring Company building a tunnel from Long Beach to the Inland Empire so we can move containers on electric self-driving chassis at 100 mph average speed (versus ~10 mph today) would transform American logistics forever.

So, now I have Codex Micro working with T3 Code. @theo @jullerino, what is your perspective on this, guys? Does anyone need it in upstream?

It was kind of an ignition moment before liftoff for cybersecurity
Goodnight (tomorrow will be worse)

If Railway stopped all deployments, does it mean the build process was a potential entry point to the internal infrastructure?

Every one of my AI API keys from Railway was used by some actors starting this morning. Unbelievable..

i got alerts this morning from a bunch of providers about suspicious activity on API keys. it's better to rotate now, then just skip it
Railway is compromised, rotate all API keys as soon as possible Deployments are down so don’t wait to redeploy Attackers are draining keys in real time, we didn’t lose much but can confirm this is still an active attack Stay safe friends

It looks like a public PHP exploit was just leaked on GitHub. But GLM 5.3 could easily build it I used @refuselessai glm 5.3 and DeepSeek and easily got an working exploit in 30 minutes. I think it's over for cybersecurity

YC now accepting skills?
Caveman (YC F26) passed @supabase in GitHub stars today. Oh, and we train models now? trim-1: a 1.2 MB model that reads a long document and keeps only the lines your agent needs. Every kept line verbatim. No GPU, about 7 ms for 5,000 tokens on one CPU core. Lighter, Leaner, Meaner. More coming.
