INJURY UPDATE: @hornets vs ATL 10/23
Boswell (R Knee Surgery), Knueppel (L Hamstring Strain), White (L Calf Strain) and Williams (R Hamstring Strain) are out
Naz Reid is the first Hornet ever to put up 20/10/5 in his franchise debut.
Reid is the third player in NBA history to put up 20/10/5 with 4 3PM in his franchise debut, joining Jock Landale (ATL, 2/5/26) and Ray Allen (SEA, 2/23/03).
The @hornets established an identity as one of the best 3-point shooting and rebounding teams in the NBA last season.
Heading into 2026-27, the @hornets have a deep, experienced roster positioned to bolster its identity. 📊⬇️
With 492 career 3-pointers made, Brandon Miller is 5 3PM away from passing Nicolas Batum for ninth-most 3PM in @hornets franchise history and 8 3PM away from 500 career 3PM.
If Miller reaches 500 3PM within his next eight games, he will become the second-fastest player to reach 500 3PM in @NBA history (D. Robinson).
Moussa Diabate ranked second in the league in offensive rebounding percentage (16.5%) last season.
Ryan Kalkbrenner became the fourth rookie in @hornets history to eclipse 100 blocks in his rookie season.
Hannes Steinbach led the nation in rebounds per game (11.8) last season at Washington, becoming the fourth freshman in NCAA history to do so.
