Instead of enforcing Supreme Court orders against violators (individuals/NGOs), Kasturba Marg Police Station is actively violating the SC's directive in Suo Motu Civil Case No. 5/2025 by registering illegal cases. Maharashtra Police officers, specifically Mumbai Police officers, are also violating the Bombay HC order in Ayyappa Swami v. State of Maharashtra & Anr. (CA 343 of 2025). Multiple instances under @DGPMaharashtra jurisdiction show their officers directly contravening SC & HC orders. Are you unaware, @CPMumbaiPolice?
