BREAKING: SpaceX plans a massive 400-acre expansion at NASA’s Kennedy Space Center as Starship plans advance. The proposed expansion includes: • A Starship test stand for pressure checks and engine firing tests. • New facilities to manufacture rocket parts and refurbish recovered hardware for reuse. • Around 3,300 total employees projected by full buildout in 2045. • A payload processing facility, warehouses and new roads.
