🚨 𝗡𝗩𝗦-𝟬𝟯 𝗠𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗨𝗽𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲:
NVS-03 has successfully completed its first Apogee Raise Maneuver earlier today at 4:48 PM IST! 🔥
It fired its 440N Liquid Apogee Motor for 36 min 14.8 sec raising its orbit perigee by 5,307 km.
Current orbit:
5,477.6 × 37,833.4 km
More Apogee Raise Maneuvers will be carried out by ISRO in coming days to place NVS-03 into its target 111.75°E GSO slot.

🚨 ISRO has successfully operated 3 pyro valves on the main propellant lines of the NVS-03 satellite in orbit!! ✅️
NVS-03's predecessor NVS-02 had failed to reach its target Geostationary orbit as a result of the failure of a pyro valve on the main oxidizer line of the satellite.

Tonight's GSLV-F18 mission will be the 𝟮𝟬th launch of ISRO's GSLV rocket and also its 𝟱th-to-last flight before it is retired! 👋
Till date, GSLV has launched 10 communications, 2 meteorological, 2 navigation and 3 Earth observation satellites!
Even then, the total mass of all payloads launched by it barely forms 8% of the GSLV rocket's own mass at liftoff!
