Additionally, he was responsible for Hamas' relations with various countries. Recently, Abu Saeed advanced terrorist plots against Israeli civilians & IDF troops and worked to restore Hamas’ capabilities, while systematically violating the ceasefire. He was eliminated in order to remove the threat he posed.
