How do you dose anti-infective drugs in patients treated with #TPE ?
The available data ist scarce but not scary: most drugs are not substantially removed by #TPE. If possible allow a couple of hours between administration and start of #TPE.

Forget „one dose fits all“. If you increase the dose #KRT in critically ill patients you need to increase the dose of #vancomycin. Best dosing recommendations available.
