Thread of projects I've worked on 🧵

[Official Announcement!] I'm proud to announce that I've been put in charge of the final art composition for Krueger's Mansion! I'll be coordinating the finishing touches, such as shading and lighting, for the promotional artwork! Thank you so much for this amazing opportunity

" What is your opinion on Disventure Camp rewrites that people make and post on Archive of Our Own (AO3)?" I'm nobody to oppose that. If you want to create, then go create. I've actually never really fully read a rewrite or anything though I must admit. But I do indulge in fanfic writing myself so I know it's something really fun :) jakes-sad-bird.straw.page

I'll be answering them slowly throughout the week ! I didn't expect so many questions in one night so forgive my unpreparedness 😅, but I appreciate the support 💞💞

" Who do you want to win the season at this point ?" One of my winner picks died, but I got a 50% chance right now of liking the winner .... jakes-sad-bird.straw.page

" If you ever got to write a character for a new season, what kind of character would they be " Tbh I'm probably the first person since the dc2 beta to make his own OCs canon in DC with Tobias and Felix sksksks, so I guess that's an example of two characters I've written for. But lowkey I'd love to maybe help with a evil character or catty gay guy that's not like Finn lol jakes-sad-bird.straw.page

" What is your dream DC greeting?" I've always wanted a TomJake slow dance greeting, but with full rotations, and just be super well animated to capture the soft tender song playing. jakes-sad-bird.straw.page

" If you could choose the Final 6, who would be?" I think with some reworkings I can argue why these 6 deserve the spots. I feel like Sam and Rosa would be totally different though. jakes-sad-bird.straw.page

"If Jared asked you to help with a Samcer comic or greeting would you ?" I pride myself on being someone who can work with any character regardless of my feelings and making them shine. However this is a case where I would draw the line. Samcer has become something that draws a huge pain and discomfort for someone that I cherish. I've seen the pain it's caused first hand and my friendship will always come first before a cartoon/ship. jakes-sad-bird.straw.page

" If you could change one thing about either of the tomjake seasons what would it be? " Well since it was hinted in Lopy's thread. None of the proofreaders liked the Shawncia plot line and we felt it took time away from Jake for something that really didn't matter at the end of the day. It was funny cuz at the end when I did a survey for the donors and a majority of them did not like Shawncia so I felt vindicated :p jakes-sad-bird.straw.page

Kinda surprised there isn't a Connor speedo greeting

Sam being considered a “protagonist” when he: doesn’t explore his arc because “it’s not who he is”, has the lowest line count, has the lowest significant relationships of all final 6, and is paired with the top 3rd line count who has 4 major plots is just laughable.

While not my intention with Jake's new hairstyle I still find the similarities hilarious and I remembered he even once had a custom of Aoba for a greeting

I miss you Jake 🍉
