Jobs Now has had a banner year! DOJ has been getting millions in settlements from hidden PERM jobs we exposed - $5M from Instacart yesterday, over $3M from OpenAI in August, and JD Vance's fraud task force banning Microsoft & Adobe from the PERM process. We are so excited to finally see action to protect American jobs for Americans! We run the site on a shoe-string budget supported entirely by users. We have decided to finish our crowd-funding campaign this October- if you have been considering supporting our work, now is the time! If we can raise $10k, this will fully fund Jobs Now through the end of the Trump administration. On Halloween, we will be turning off our crowdfunding campaigns. Please consider donating below! buymeacoffee.com/jobsnow

Soundhound is advertising this $200k+ customer service director role in Santa Clara this week but you have to apply via paper mail Are they using this approach to deter American applicants? OpenAI paid $3M+ in settlement to the DOJ this summer for using this tactic!

How on earth did this happen: The Indian certificate authority (CA) eMudhra had one job (well, two): 1. Create secure, 384-bit private keys 2. Store these securely and do not leak them Well, eMudhra chose private keys between 1 and 256 (the numbers!!) and called it a day. WTF
I don't really understand why this would happen. It seems higher-effort than standard key generation.

Everyone from big tech to big banks to 7/11 corporate is discriminating against American job seekers And we just have Harmeet, Andrea, and a handful of lawyers to fight back!
That WSJ story about the young man applying for thousands of jobs with no response makes more sense when you connect it to this context.

American workers: Did you apply for a job at Instacart—or see @Instacart's prior PERM job postings and feel deterred from applying? Today's @USEEOC and @CivilRights $5 million settlement includes a $4 million claims fund for affected workers. If you believe you were harmed by these hiring practices, email Instacart@eeoc.gov so EEOC and DOJ can share your information with the claims administrator. Please share this post to help reach other potentially affected workers.

🚨 $5 MILLION SETTLEMENT: EEOC and @TheJusticeDept secure major action against Instacart for allegedly discriminating against American workers. The agencies found evidence that Instacart's PERM recruitment practices favored temporary visa holders and created unlawful barriers for U.S. and American workers applying for jobs. Up to $4 million will be available for affected applicants, with an additional $1 million in civil penalties.

We first published Instacart’s hidden jobs in California in April 2025 Then in August Instacart threatened to sue Jobs Now for promoting their hidden jobs, and we were forced to take their ads down But we didn’t let them shut us up, and alerted Newsweek and The Hill to Instacarts discrimination So happy to finally see justice for Americans job seekers Instacart unfairly discouraged from applying! Another win for Harmeet!
Major win for protecting U.S. workers! Instacart has agreed to a $5 million settlement for discrimination during PERM recruitment. Thank you @andrealucasEEOC for your partnership in getting a great result and sending a message that this administration holds companies accountable. justice.gov/opa/pr/civil-rig…

Our first hidden job at Instacart below!
Yikes Instacart is the next company asking you to PHYSICALLY MAIL your software engineering resume to... their "Global Mobility" team Does this seem legitimate to you?

And here is the article from the Hill exposing Instacart’s legal threats to us for exposing their hidden jobs:
Today The Hill is exposing Instacart's demand that we take down their job ads asking Americans to paper mail their resumes to their immigration department Its time to ask the crucial question: Why does our government allow big tech to deliberately hide jobs from American?

7-Eleven is still advertising Texas software engineering jobs with application only by email to "GM" (sounds like global mobility, i.e. immigration...) But the job isn't posted on their careers website! Are they trying to avoid American applicants for this job?

Jobs Now has always claimed American citizens on average are smart, hard-working and qualified and just need a chance to demonstrate their worth. Not surprisingly, proponents of H-1B and other worker replacement visas think the opposite! We know who we want to support!
Here’s Vasant Bhatt saying that white Americans are “too stupid” to work STEM jobs. Bhatt previously interned for Ted Cruz and did grassroots conservative organizing. But in the end, his hatred of white Americans led him to the Democrat Party.

Gilead continues their reign of terror: Second week in a row with ads asking applicants to send their resumes to Global mobility (the immigration team) We believe this discourages American applicants. Would you apply to a job listed through an immigration team?

We are often told by open borders advocates that any issue Americans encounter in finding employment are simply “skill issues” (of course this reasoning is never extended to any other groups the Left favors) but even Ivy League PhDs in the hardest sciences can’t find jobs!
WSJ: A Princeton PhD in chemical engineering applied to 2,300 jobs, ranging from postdoctoral fellowships to corporate science jobs and software engineering positions. He still hasn’t found a job. 34% of Americans surveyed by Gallup in August said it was a good time to find a quality job. Meanwhile, Congress is fixated on finding a way to pass a bill that staples green cards to any international student who earns a PhD in the United States. We should start by asking why our own graduates can’t find jobs before importing more workers.

Amazing news! Now end the H-1B program entirely. Pass my EXILE Act and put American workers first.
JUST IN: 🇺🇸 Trump administration ends automatic 540-day work permit extensions for H-1B workers. The 540-day automatic work permit extension allowed certain foreign workers in the US to continue working legally for up to 540 days after their work permits expired.

the same Global Mobility (immigration) specialist who is hiring a quant dev for Invesco in Chicago is also hiring this auditor in Georgia this week Do you think Invesco is designing its national hiring process to avoid American job applicants?
