When @Kabakapyramid keeps saying ACCURATE … There are many reasons behind it
Here is one of the more crucial ones
If you’re gonna tell the history of Jamaican music …
Make sure you get all the FACTS and name PRONUNCIATIONS right

After Channel One Studio
Now Killamanjaro's Studio has been demolished in JA
We are living in an era where HISTORY is being half told on podcasts
to people who don't really know the music's HISTORY
so they ask corny questions and/or pick on people or topics that only cause controversy and division in the industry
meanwhile ... little pieces (and places) which played a part in this HISTORY are disappearing forever . . .

and time can be disaster
if you don't care"

Big Up @YUMI_HIPOWER for the post and (last) photo ever 😢
Killamanjaro

The late Great DERRICK HARRIOT
One of those who made Reggae the SWEET music it is today
Produced a very young Dennis Brown among many others while making his own records as an artist too
REST IN PEACE Mr Harriott
Thank you for the timeless music and your impact
This song is my personal favorite by him
Will never forget when I first heard it on Capital Radio Roots Rockers show on a Saturday night with @DavidRodigan

If the season started 5 games ago ...
the Premier League table would say
1. CITY
2. ARSENAL
3. BRIGHTON
4. VILLA
5. LIVERPOOL
6. TOTTENHAM

If there could be a proper grass pitch like this in every neighborhood in IRAN ..
with stands so people (men AND women could sit together) could watch boys or girls teams play.
We would be in the World Cup 1/4 finals at EVERY LEVEL ... in less than 10 years
but ........

I have seen the photos of Harry & Kate Kane with Becks as kids ... but the video is simply golden.. WOW !
In 2005, Harry Kane was chosen to take a photo with David Beckham at the launch of the Beckham Academy as his school's top boys' footballer. Also chosen was Kate Goodland, the top girls' footballer. She's now better known as Kate Kane, after two got married in 2019.
