Kaspa miners stay put after the latest block reward cut Kaspa’s block reward dropped from 2.06 to 1.94 $KAS on Wednesday, a 5.6% cut. The network trims rewards a little each month, halving them over a year, and the next step to 1.84 KAS comes in about 29 days. Hashrate, the network’s total mining power, briefly dipped to about 265 PH/s earlier today before climbing back to around 363 PH/s. That puts it within 1% of Tuesday’s level, before the cut.
