Thats not bullet falling off.. you have two magazines one already locked into the Gun he’s carrying the other faces the opposite for when to switch.. if you have 4 magazines thats how you lock them together no.1 uo no.2 down no.3up no.4 down.

Even in some developed country, they use use tape to hold magazines together. It is for quick reload purpose and if they don't have a tactical vest or magazine pouch .

They are not falling off brother that’s a reserved mag. The cup pod is just facing down for easy removal of empty cup and fixing the full reserved coz he doesn’t have the one that compacts two together

The problem with taping two magazines on AK, especially cheap stamped ones, is that extra weight will damage and loosen magazine holder mouth, so the weapon will soon be prone to jamming!
