Hoping all the crazy-busy high performers (principals, APs, teachers, etc) make time to allow their brains to go into default mode. It’s good for us! Love this:

Special thank you to @KraftJesse for being our honorary spirit checker this morning! Today we celebrated the Iranian holiday Yalda by wearing red and reading some poetry. Check out all the red in Ms. Osmand’s class! @GarfieldESfcps@FCPSR3@cage_april
A highlight of my week was talking to APs, DSAs & DSSs about observations & FEEDBACK. Loved talking to superstars about one of the best things we can do as school leaders! #empoweryourAP Go @FCPSR3! @drNEKing @leona_smith3 @graceetayloredd

8/8 Can't wait to get back on message with #empoweryourAP. I see principals relying on and appreciating APs, often the unsung heroes of this unique school year. Keep it up. Show them love.
7/8 Quick tangent – last week, a student at @MountEagleES asked me if I was Principal Consolla’s (@Pteromama) dad. Another asked me if I was President Biden. Considering dyeing my hair now.
6/8 When you look at our Region 3 school admin, the talent we have is ridiculously good. (Borderline embarrassing how good!) Knew that before I got here, but seeing is believing! @FCPSR3 is the real deal.
Owls @waynewoodes learning together through manipulatives and collaboration time! Thank you, @WWESPrincipal for sharing the “Kindness Owl.” Great way to end the day! @drNEKing @leona_smith3 @KraftJesse
