Aww, did a Libertarian candidate cause your preferred candidate to lose?
Good. We’ll do it again.
The “spoilers” will continue until liberty improves.
Run better candidates.

Jefferson County and Colorado voters delivered notable results for individual liberty and limited government:
• Propositions 133, 134, and 135 passed, protecting minors who lack the capacity for meaningful consent—whether from trafficking or irreversible medical interventions and sports policies that ignore biological reality.
• Jeffco Public Schools’ Ballot Issues 5A and 5B (seeking $133 million in new annual property taxes) appear to have been rejected by voters who include many who do not support or use the government school system.
• Local Libertarian candidates Ross Metler (House District 23) and Murl Hendrickson (County Treasurer) posted strong results of 27.4% and ~31%, respectively—exceeding typical expectations for the party in competitive or two-way races.
Liberty still advanced on the ballot even amid other national dynamics.

Thank you Colorado!
To every voter who cast a ballot for a Libertarian candidate yesterday: thank you. 🗽💛
Thank you for standing for liberty, individual rights, and a government that respects the people it serves.
And to every Libertarian candidate who stepped forward, put their name on the ballot, and carried the message of liberty into their communities: thank you for running. Your courage, time, and dedication make this movement stronger.
Election Day may be over, but the work of building a freer future continues.
Thank you for voting Libertarian. Thank you for running Libertarian. And thank you for standing with us.

Thank you Patty!
Thanks to everyone who came to the @LPCO Watch Party tonight. It was so much fun 🥳
We had plenty of non-Libertarians join us, and they got to experience one of the best parts of being an @LPNational candidate: zero stress.
When you use your vote to express your voice instead of trying to pick winners and losers, the election hits differently. Whatever the results, you know you spoke authentically. There’s freedom in that.
Our newcomers got to experience an election through that lens, and understand why we see people with different views, not enemies.
