This is pretty cool on athletes working with fans to help the athletes benefit from the fans traveling to watch them!

We’re very pleased to announce our strategic partnership with Game Day Private Jets. Like Waypoint they’re built specifically for fans in the new era of college athletics and now colleges can “double down” on travel revenue share.
For Athletic Departments this provides a premium travel experience they can introduce to their VIP, donor, and sponsor relationships who do so much to support the programs. And, a healthy portion of that spending flows back to the athletic department. @D1ticker@extrapointsmb@SBJwaypointnetwork.ai/news/game…
I’m excited to watch the Grizzlies based upon the Summer league hypotheticals I can see …
Eddy (5), boozer (4 on O, 3 on D), Hendricks (3 on O, 4 on D), Cedric (2) and either Small (or Ty Jerome)
Such a big lineup…
Plus Grant, Jackson, Clayton, Post, Stewart, Pippen, Spencer
Honestly this has probably been one of the most competitive first rounds of the NBA playoffs in the last 10 years.
I hope tonight lives up to that.

“After three days in a borrowed tomb, Jesus Christ broke the bands of death imposed by the fall. With His Resurrection, He secured salvation from physical death for us, all of God’s children throughout the ages.”

I think it’s fair to say that the bar for BYU to make the playoff is higher than literally anyone else in college football.
11-1
#28 SOS
#7 SOR
2-1 vs ranked opponents
6 wins over 7+ win teams with 4 on the road
And we have to beat a top 4 team to prove our worthiness. Wild.
- BYU finally joins a P4 conference
- It only takes BYU three seasons to go 11-1 (22-3 the last two seasons combined)
- Everyone, including the media, is actively petitioning for a 3 loss team and multiple 2 loss teams to jump BYU to effectively lock them out of an at-large bid
- The committee makes it clear they must win their ccg to get in (reminder that P4 BYU is 11-1)
- Allows three teams from one conference to walk into the Playoff without sniffing their ccg, no questions asked
Absolutely sickening and every college football fan should be disgusted.
I get the argument between Miami and Notre Dame over an at-large playoff spot. Both are 10-2 and Miami won head to head.
The CFP committee has an easy solution: Leave both out and give the final at-large spot to the 11-2 loser of the Big12 title game.
Boom. Problem solved.
I went back and looked at the last decade of where the lowest ranked P4/P5 1-loss team finished the regular season and here are the results:
2025: BYU (11 Projection)
2024: Indiana (8)
2023: Alabama (8)
2022: Ohio State (4)
2021: Notre Dame (5)
2020: NA (Covid)
2019: Baylor (7)
2018: Ohio State (6)
2017: Georgia (6)
2016: Washington (4)
AVERAGE ranking: 6
BYU is being absolutely robbed.
Well I would say long term when you are 50, your family will be your life’s work (for those that have built one). For those that haven’t they will wish it was their life’s work.
Building something of meaning is second to this. But I agree with the amount of dedication it takes
Uh oh, you just activated the combined powers of Utes and Cougars.
As an alumn from undergrad and masters of both, I activate both audiences.
Let’s find some unity this rivalry week
