The older I get the more I realise, maturity is simply becoming more honest with yourself. If you want to rest, you rest. If you want to work, you work. You don’t say yes, when you want to say no. You don’t do things that drain you. You stop hanging out with people who you have to perform for. You fall in love with the simple, ordinary things that your heart actually craves for. Simplicity and peace become your highest priority. That’s all maturity is about.

Bro is effortlessly cool. He’d probably be the same even if he weren’t an Ambani. Chill fellow.
This is heart warming. …. I was not aware of it …. 🥰

🎥🎥Seven days in custody: Liberty vs procedure Saurav Das and Ashutosh Ranka’s custody following their attempt to protest at Jantar Mantar, and the subsequent rejection of their sureties, triggered a debate over personal liberty and legal procedure. Does insisting on the prescribed remedy risk prolonging incarceration? Or does that process itself provide essential safeguards? Important reflections by advocates Shaurya Rai (@Shazzmachari) and Sarthak Raizada (@sarthakraizada). With @LegalTalwar

🎥 Cut to the Chase with @LegalTalwar The police detain you. A police officer acting as Special Executive Magistrate then decides on your peace bond. Does that create a conflict of interest, or is there a distinction we’re missing? Advocates Shaurya Rai (@Shazzmachari) and Sarthak Raizada (@sarthakraizada) explain on

In depth breakdown of the liberty Vs alternative remedy issue
🎥🎥Why not go straight to the High Court? After their sureties were rejected by the SEM, Saurav Das and Ashutosh Ranka approached the Delhi High Court. Their petition was subsequently withdrawn amid questions about the statutory remedy available to them. When liberty is at stake, must you still pursue an appeal first? When should the High Court intervene? Advocates Shaurya Rai (@Shazzmachari) and Sarthak Raizada (@sarthakraizada) explain the distinction and why the choice of remedy matters. SEM PEACE BOND CASE: Important legal principles have been invoked, interpreted and debated, but rarely explained. Much of the public conversation remains caught in speculation and “he said, she said”. We speak to practising lawyers to unpack the law, the procedure and the questions at the heart of this case.

🚨Neha Bora distances herself from CJP leaders’ protest call at CP before Delhi HC: I was not involved in the separate call at CP Central Park, which was given by another organisation. I was dealing with my own call to convene at Mandi House. #DelhiHighCourt #NehaBora #DelhiPolice

Sr Adv Sankaranarayanan : Now, I want to make one other thing clear, she is not involved with a separate call (at CP Central Park), that was called by another organization. She is not concerned with that, she's not involved with, she was not responding to that, she's dealing with her own call to convene at Mandi House.

🚨 ASG Chetan Sharma: Neha Bora’s counsel can take as much time as he needs to make submissions. He will have that benefit. Sr Adv Gopal Sankaranarayanan: I hope you had given the benefit of doubt to my client. #NehaBora #DelhiHighCourt #DelhiPolice
Replying to @DelhiPolice
Sr Adv : If I were to engage with the merits of the allegations then my remedy is obviously not here. I'm not engaging. I am saying compliance with law. I'm within the four corners of these sections which you had to comply with which which you have failed to comply.

🚨 ASG Chetan Sharma: Sections 126 and 130 of BNSS must be read together. When there is a likelihood of breach of peace or public order, protecting public peace and tranquillity must take precedence over an individual’s personal prejudice. #DelhiHighCourt #NehaBora #DelhiPolice
Replying to @DelhiPolice
ASG Sharma : In my humble submission, 126 and 130 ride together. They are not disjunctive. In a scheme of prevention which is echoed by the seven-bench judgment of Madhu Limay to say there is a likelihood of breach of peace and public tranquility. So, therefore the aspect of an individual being prejudiced must give way to the larger and the more statutorily ingrained and defined aspect of public tranquility and peace.

🚨🚨 In #NehaBora's challenge to police notice requring her to furnish a ₹10,000 bond and surety to ensure "peace" during inquiry. Sr Adv Gopal Sankaranarayanan: There’s nothing wrong with seeking regime change in a democracy. ASG Chetan Sharma: I take an exception. Regime change in a democracy happens through votes. It does not happen by some lumpen elements congregating in the nerve centre of New Delhi. #DelhiHighCourt #delhiprotests #DelhiPolice

ASG Sharma : A regime change in a democracy will happen by votes; it's a government. Not by lumpen elements, congregating in the nerve of New Delhi.
