Be kind to our future robot overlords! My latest for the Boston Globe on why it's best to be polite, for all of us...
As artificial intelligence bots and we humans learn to manage one another, @LinRod writes, perhaps the best approach is the simplest: Just be kind.

Just woke up to the fact that I’ve been referring to “trichotillomania” as “trichomonaisis” for the last, oh, ever, and I cannot stop laughing. 🤣🤣

I loved Rogue One for starting to get into that grainy detail and expanding the Star Wars universe in a real way, exploring what rebellion and empire really look like, and I'm so here for Andor.
Hi, all! I wanted to share again this project, perhaps the most significant of my career. #lesslethal weapons may not reliably kill people, but they certainly have the power to destroy lives.

Yes! I’ve had a collection of broken blood vessels on my cheek since I was a small child, cause unknown. It has led to some funny stories and random not-doctors diagnosing me with lupus is a theme (I don’t have lupus). I think I’m too old to bother getting it removed now!

Less-lethal munitions getting their day in (a Texas) court soon. Listen to @OPBTOL talk with @LongLead's @LinRod about her six-part, multimedia feature on these deadly police tools, "The People vs. Rubber Bullets."
