recency bias in my thoughts above. SSG, I think, deserves a spot after they hosted HCS events, but imo it's pretty disappointing they have just stepped away since.
FaZe, on the other hand, had been going through major changes in Halo Infinite while doing the same. The FaZe esports 2v2 in 2026 was great, but a different company? It's hard to tell
I'm curious how much financial support came from HS/HCS to make these events happen
