For exact measurements, check the bottom of the article where you can find everything listed for easy printing. Happy cooking!Find Recipes How to Make Crock Pot Marry Me Chicken Creating this Crock Pot Marry Me Chicken is a breeze. Follow these simple steps, and you’ll have a dish that’s sure to impress. Let’s dive in! Step 1: Season the Chicken Start by patting the chicken breasts dry with paper towels. This helps the seasoning stick better. Sprinkle salt and black pepper generously on both sides. Seasoning is crucial; it enhances the chicken’s natural flavor and sets the stage for the creamy sauce to come. Step 2: Sear the Chicken Heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the chicken breasts. Sear them for about 2–3 minutes on each side until they’re lightly golden. This step isn’t just for looks; it locks in moisture and adds a depth of flavor that makes the dish irresistible. Step 3: Prepare the Sauce In a medium bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, chopped sun-dried tomatoes, minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper. This creamy mixture is what makes the dish so special. The combination of flavors will have your taste buds dancing! Step 4: Transfer to the Slow Cooker Now, arrange the seared chicken breasts in the bottom of your Crock Pot in a single layer. This ensures even cooking and allows the sauce to envelop each piece of chicken perfectly.Find Recipes Step 5: Add the Sauce Pour the creamy sauce mixture evenly over the chicken. Make sure each piece is well-coated. This is where the magic happens; the sauce will infuse the chicken with flavor as it cooks. Step 6: Slow Cook Cover the Crock Pot and set it to cook on LOW for 4–5 hours or HIGH for 2–3 hours. The chicken is done when it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F. The slow cooking process allows the flavors to meld beautifully.Find Recipes Step 7: Finish the Sauce Once the cooking time is up, gently stir the sauce around the chicken. If it seems too thin, remove the chicken and simmer the sauce in a saucepan until it thickens. This step ensures you have a rich, creamy sauce to serve. Step 8: Garnish Before serving, sprinkle fresh basil leaves and additional grated Parmesan cheese on top. This not only adds a pop of color but also enhances the flavor profile of the dish.

(Current view - in my kitchen.) 👋Hey lovely people in my phone! I'm not "back-back" - just popping my head in. All good! Used to use an ozone purifier to clean the pond at my last home. Now, I'm using one to clean the pesticides & bacteria off shop-bought fruit & vegetables!

Terrible things we did to our sourdough starter in the past: 1. We ate it. One month traveling, fridge turned off, nobody to feed it. We put the whole culture in a batch of dough and baked it, and created a new one when we came back. 2. We forgot it in the fridge for over a month. It needed time to recover, but it came back. 3. We used it unfed (many times!) because we forgot to feed it in the morning before work. Your starter is more resilient than you think!

Good Morning! ONCE AGAIN I have woke up feeling fresh 🫢 and I drank a bunch of beers last night so I should have woke up feeling all dopamine depleted- but nope!!! The deer 🦌 beef soup we had for supper was FANTASTIC!!! I’d gotten so tired this summer and used the slow cooker or the instant pot every day and to be honest it simply doesn’t taste the same as meats browned in butter or the beef tallow, and you standing over the stove with a good iron pot… This was a bright, tangy tomato so beefy and fresh with its vegetables. It is a perfect Fall night food. Served it with a scoop of the Red Jasmine Whole Grain Rice. Desert was fresh yogurt with fall honey from the gravel pit apiary guy. Nobody wanted fall honey, it was so dark this year that he has been giving us quite a bit and that’s great, there isn’t extra money for so much honey 🍯 this year. UAB called me last night at almost 20:00 I was PISSED I missed the call and that it came so late!!! Since when is scheduling calling people so late to book visits!!!! I will call them back here in a minute because if you don’t you probably won’t get a visit! I been waiting on that call over a month. I’d really like to get a teaching cardiologist at University of Alabama… BUT NOT IF THEY ARE GOING TO MAKE ME GET THE JAB!!! Then it will be “ok bye Felecia 👋🏻 it’s been fun seeing y’all’s facility…” I’ve still got the visit in the city here but I’ve got off on a bad foot with them after they let me sit there 1.5h then told me the doctor was at the hospital and it would be another two weeks to se me. UAB would have saved me the $1380 dollars 💸 too… AND the traumatic CT Scan visit but I’ll survive. The Grey truck is ready at the dealership so there goes another $11,000.00 but it orta be like “brand new” and hopefully we don’t have any major truck repairs for another five years or so… Both are up to snuff now and we are $22,000.00 into the repairs but that’s still cheaper than two new trucks. Hurts me to my core to spend money and I told pop pop he need to quit dicking around with that sand and drop the price, we can’t eat sand. Had a pretty good argument over that one last night. He is emotional attached to a sand pile!!! WTF… Tomorrow is GAME DAY!!! Woot Woot! Idk what I’m going to be making for snacks… I’m thinking Meat Balls in a Muscadine Grape Habanero Glaze with squash, onion red skin tater mash, or maybe crisp tallow fried spicy chicken gizzards with air fryer fries??? Popcorn 🍿 for later in the evening. I think that sounds pretty good… Well I think I’m about out of room here, don’t know anymore since they took the word meter off the dang app… It might rain tomorrow too!!! That’s exciting! We brought some dry wood in just in case… I hope yall have a great Friday out there!

Dinner at sunset. A good steak, and a bit of salad on the side because it came with it. No calorie counting. No "guilt-free" anything. I'll eat this, sleep like a baby, and wake up without a single craving. That's the bit nobody tells you. When you eat real food, food stops running your life. Meanwhile, somewhere, a nutritionist is having a low-fat meal of chicken breast and rice in front of the telly and calling it dinner. What's on your plate tonight?
