Tuesday hitting! 🥎💪🏽@KristiMalpass Worked on slower speeds today. Sometimes the slower pitches are harder to hit, but if you want to be ELITE, you have to learn to hit it all, make adjustments, and be okay with not being okay sometimes. Growth comes from the uncomfortable reps! Still got homework to do, but that’s part of the process.
