The coach is @hallieblackney, head coach at @MSSUSoftball, and the player @bailey_dillon6 . This dynamic duo also weighs in on a variety of other topics, including their use of motor preferences to improve player performance, how the team has embraced the concept of Mudita (sharing their joy in the success of others), the problem with the D1 or bust mentality, and the idea that the athletes write the lineup with the way they work and perform in practice.
