I want a UK Government that:
• Is held accountable.
• Delivers value to the UK Tax Payer.
• Puts the UK (and her people) FIRST.
• Delivers upon the manifesto that got them voted in.
We Pay, They Spend - Show us the receipts! Show us the VALUE.
The Hebrides were forcibly incorporated into the Scottish empire in 1266 under the Treaty of Perth.
They had no say, no right to object.
It this is a voluntary union, where is their right to leave Scotland?
Finally. Labour spent 2 years faffing about to make a decision which Conservatives had already approved 2 years ago.
If they’d done this in the summer we’d have had that gas heating British homes this Christmas.
An unnecessary waste of time and money by a party that puts its own interest above the country’s.
At last! Now we must see Rosebank approved without further delays. Zero sense in us relying on imported oil & gas when we can have the jobs & economic benefits here.
FINALLY: Jackdaw has been given the green light!
A victory for Scotland’s oil and gas workers after years of uncertainty and relentless Scottish Conservative pressure.
Now Labour must stop dithering and approve Rosebank as well to protect jobs and our energy security.
Reminder: whatever he might claim today, this is what John Swinney said in February 2025. He welcomed the court’s decision to block Jackdaw, calling it “the only sustainable judgment you can arrive at in considering these questions”.
Jackdaw’s approval represents a victory for Scotland’s oil and gas workers.
Now it’s time for Andy Burnham to stop dithering and give Rosebank the green light.
✅APPROVED: Jackdaw has finally been given the green light!🇬🇧🏴
This is great news for North Sea jobs, investment and our energy security. Now let's get Rosebank approved too!

Four Scottish corner shops used 31 Skilled Worker certificates in one year, for jobs someone already here can do.
Whatever happened to local jobs for local people.
Labour’s answer to everything? More tax.
Ours? Back the businesses keeping our high streets alive and make it cheaper to give young people their first jobs.
A public meeting that is being held in a secretive location...mmmmmm
Me thinks it's not open to the public.
If it is, they will accept my request to join.
