Always Civil has concluded all new business involving Max B.
However, certain outstanding financial and contractual obligations remain unresolved, including an advance that has not been repaid and agreed upon duties that were not completed.
Until those matters are formally resolved with Defiant Records, the digital properties created, developed, or managed under the Always Civil partnership will remain under the existing business structure.
This is a business matter and will continue to be handled accordingly.
