Three co-owners. One property. The entire TDS under ONE PAN.
The property was rented to SBI, and each co-owner declared their 1/3 share of the rent.
But the other two couldn’t claim TDS credit. It never appeared in their Form 26AS.
They filed affidavits confirming they weren’t claiming that credit.
The AO allowed only 1/3 credit.
ITAT Agra allowed the full TDS credit.
A reporting mistake shouldn’t cost a taxpayer their legitimate credit.

Vijayawada bypass tragedy: Four burnt alive as EV catches fire
Four people were burnt alive after an 𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐜 𝐯𝐞𝐡𝐢𝐜𝐥𝐞 (𝐄𝐕) 𝐜𝐚𝐫 𝐜𝐚𝐮𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐟𝐢𝐫𝐞 following a collision with a road divider on the Vijayawada West Bypass in NTR district. Another person sustained serious injuries and is in critical condition.
The car was completely gutted in the fire, and all four occupants died at the scene.
The victims were returning after attending a family function in Namburu when the accident occurred. The deceased have been identified as residents of Nunna and Namburu.
Those killed include Kommareddy Ramdev, 39, of Nunna, his mother Aruna, Tiguru Vijaya of Namburu and a child.
Police launch rescue operations at accident site
Local residents rushed the injured person to hospital for treatment. Family members reached the accident site and broke down on seeing the scene.
Police arrived after receiving information about the accident and launched rescue operations.

E invoicing extended to RCM and imports
Businesses with turnover of ₹5 crore and above will need to generate e invoices for inward supplies from unregistered persons where tax is paid under RCM, and for import of services.
This is a new compliance burden.

Scam after scam.
₹1,417 crore collected from nearly 36,000 investors. The ED says the money was routed through 100+ bank accounts, while ₹390 crore was shown as salary expenses despite the company having just 4 employees.
What worries me more is how these schemes keep finding thousands of ordinary people willing to trust them. We keep talking about arrests after the damage is done. The bigger question is how such operations manage to run for so long before anyone stops them.
People lose their life savings, a few arrests make headlines, and then the next scam appears.
This will keep happening until we give them strict punishment.

Why is the identity of the Omani co pilot still not public?
Captain Smit Machchhar did not just help save the passengers, he protected India’s name too by showing extraordinary courage even after being stabbed.
My analysis is that this incident may have implications beyond one flight, especially for UAE Israel ties, I2U2 and the larger IMEC architecture.
PM Modi and President Murmu have praised him. The bigger questions now are simple: Who was the attacker, what was his motive, and was he acting alone?

Mining Industry GST Suggestion :-
“Where a service is taxable under Reverse Charge Mechanism and is directly and exclusively attributable to an outward supply taxable at a lower rate, the RCM rate on such service should not exceed the GST rate applicable to that outward supply.”
Example - Royalty under RCM is 18% and Mining products are 5%.

A salute to flydubai’s brave Indian pilot, Captain Smit Machchhar. Stabbed and wounded, yet he stood his ground. With the courage of "Arjuna" in the face of danger and the resolve of "Hanuman" when duty called, he fought back, opened the cockpit door, and gave the passengers and crew the chance to prevent disaster. He helped save 174 lives.
Tonight, from the UAE to India to Israel, people are united in gratitude, wishing Captain Machchhar a swift and full recovery.

My salute to the Indian pilot Captain Smit Machchhar for his extraordinary bravery.
Despite being stabbed and seriously injured, he fought back, resisted, opened the cockpit door, and enabled passengers and crew to overpower the attacker — preventing a catastrophic mid-air disaster.
He saved the lives of 174 people, including Israeli citizens and other nationals.
I wish Captain Machchhar a speedy and full recovery.
He is a true hero.

Honda City doesn’t have an engine temperature gauge. 🤡
You get a blue light when the engine is cold.
It goes away once the engine reaches normal operating temperature.
An engine can be perfectly fine at 90°C or starting to run hotter than normal, and the driver won’t see that gradual change.
You only get a warning when there’s a problem.
For a car known for its engineering, Honda could have given us a simple temperature gauge.

I think they are doing the same for the order in appeal, but the time is not mentioned. They should either mention the time of the order or remove the time-based calculation. @GSTATofficial @cbic_india
GSTAT Portal is calculating the time period by Hours Method.
Example:- If anyone had generated token on 31.07.2026 at 11 PM then token expires on 29.09.2026 at 10.59 PM.
