Does your team communicate with their customers using a whiteboard?
If yes, how well?
If not, why?
What would happen if they started?

What if the reason why the cost of maintaining @bot is a function of unnecessary cache reads?
My experience.
In the last two weeks realized I was hitting limits or getting close to limits post super grok heavy to ultra move.
Reviewed workflows, realized there were some reference files being reviewed that we pretty big. (one was over 450 lines.)
Updated JTBD for each bot, and checks for data.
Capped files at 30 lines, with the bots pruning. AND, gave a 20% variance on each side.
Mapped out the structure.
One of the bigger waste issues that I saw. Too many rules, that were being called on a repeated.
Setup the following structure.
Rules = binary
Guidelines = provide some flexibility
Guardrails = do not go outside of these.
Last night - something flipped. Sounds like the flip was an @SpaceXSI business decision.
This is the visualization that has me concerned.
Attempting to fix it via a combination of Grok & Claude today to support the go forward structure.
Systems thinker.
Leader.
Throttled.

hey @SpaceXSI, @bot, @cursor_ai
Need some help on that compounding cache issue.
DMs sent, emails sent.
Current recommendation is I add more usage.
Reality - if we can't figure out why this is happening, why would I add more?
All details shared.
